The fourth point indeed needs to be addressed. Wounds if not exposed to air tend to fester and infect. Thats what Sahir's wound has become now. It's time to air it out, cleanse it and let him heal. CVs are taking it to amputation levels. Hope they realize that amputation is quite different from healing.
