In Sadda Haq they have shown all the career oriented women failed in there relationships.Be it Renuka or Maya.They are showing only housewives like Anju can maintain their family. I thought the lead will be shown as someone different who can manage both her career and relationship. But I am highly disappointed that they are showing her as no different. Sanyukta is focussed only on her dreams. Randhir is wrong but I have not seen Sanyukta telling him a single point why he should not go for revenge. Her reason for not supporting Randhir is that she wants to fulfill her dream of working in her father's company and not that because Randhir going the wrong way. That means if her father had not come for recruitment she would have been ready to support him and help him in taking revenge from her mother. Really? Then how can be she an inspiration to other girls?

In real life I have seen several women who have managed both there career and family successfully. Infact I have heard most of the toppers have both their parents working. It is woman who can make or break a family not beacuse man donot have any responsibility. It is because man donot have that capability. Men are weaker than women in all the respects. Only they are stronger physically.

It is fine they are showing Sanyukta struggling to achieve her dreams in this men's world. But is it correct showingher as neglecting every other thing for her dreams? Do they want to convey that women can handle either one of them and not both?

I agree wit each n every word u said...

But I guess the problem lies with the writers..

I do not think two boys would understand wat it is to be a successful woman , hence the flaws in the characterisation of the female lead..

U are right..I would have applauded Sanyukta if she had joined a neutral company n tried to knock sense into Randhir ...

But it's highly disappointing to watch her talk About her dreams instead of doing so!

agree but if u noticed she is trying to make an effort to speak to him ,in the cafe when she held his hand and said i lov u ,she wants to make him understand but he is just brushing her aside ,passing snide remarks and wat not ,ultimately i feel she will be able to get though to him and save him from this mess and he will do the same by protecting her from her dad's plan to destroy her ,its always like this Sandhir need each other and even though they hurt each other at the end they always are the one who support each other

"Women & Men, Both can handle both Career & Relationship."...plz guyz! if u want ur HAQ as a Woman nd eqvl to Man then respect both genders. :) ...nd jaha tak baat show mein career orinted women ki fail hone ki, i do't agree with u...Maya did't fail yaar...domstic voilence kisi b woman k saath ho sakta hai (look Vidu k case b aisa hi hai)...but career orinted hone k baad b, she tried hard to save her relationship with her JanwarHubby...question is, kya bahar ja kar kaam karne wali aurat charctr-less hi hoti hai, kya ghar lautne mein thodi si b der ho jane par koi b gal chrctr-less ho jati hai...nd answer is NO!...Maya k hubby jaise logon k liye agar uski wife din bhar ghar mein akeli b rahe aur koi guest aa jaye toh b chrctr-less hoti hai... ...nd Anju is't successful in her famly...Jiski ek aulaad ghar chhod kar chali gayi ho woh kaise successful house wife kahi ja sakti hai... ...look carefully, Anju relationship mein success hai but famly mein nahi, Maya Career mein success hai nd relationship nd famly mein fail nahi, but Renuka Career mein success hain but famly nd relationship mein ekdam fail... ...Nd CVs trying to make Sanyu successful in evry thing...nd actually, this is d thing which Sanyu want to proove d world...if u remember starting episodes of SH, ek episode mein Sanyu apni Mom se kehti hai ki woh unke jaisa nahi banna chahti nd after some time jb woh Vidu ki fees pay kar k uski help karti hai toh VardhanSir se kehti hai woh jo b hai apni mom ki wajah se hai...wahi Sameer se marriage fix hone se pehle kehti hai ki woh Renuka jaisi banna chahti hai but uski mom usse kehti hai har insaan ki apni strgals hoti hain pata nhi RS ne success hone k liye kya khoya ho, nd look at now yeh wahi Sanyu hai jisne kuch episode pehle RS ko call kar k responsibilties k lecture diye... ...yaha bas problm itna sa hai ki CVs nd Sanyu dono pehle apne gole se bhatak jate hain fir jb fass jate hain toh focussed ho jate hain...lol!...i just hope, iss baar b aisa hi ho aur Sanyu nd CVs apna focus sahi kar le... ...nd i agree wid u last two episode mein Sanyu apne dream k liye RD ko na sahi but apne relationship ko zaroor neglct karte hue nazar aa rahi hai...RD use uske dad ki company join karne se rokne k liye hook nd crook sab kar raha hai...but Sanyu RD ko revenge se rokne k liye kuch b nahi...if RD is't ready to talk then do wht he is doing to stop her yaar...abi toh lag raha hai mane RD ko revenge le kar barbaad hona ho toh ho main nahi jaungi uske saath barbaad hone...lol!...iss ladki se jyada toh Parth try karig to stop this Satka Huaa Banda... ... ...anyways, main pehle b nahi chahti thi SanDhir apne parents ki compny join kare...i always want tht SanDhir kuch khud se kare...aur ab toh aisa show karne ka high time hai...i want both win this internship in their respective company nd ind mein yehi gain ki hui internship maar k aaye apne parents k face par. ;)

@Underlined, how did she think tht RD waha use manane aaya hai nd woh uski itti aasani se sunega...khud usi ne kaha tha na yeh purana wala RSS hai jo keh raha hai kar k dikhayega...come on yaar, stop him to joining Sanyal Group like he is doing with her...nd thn tell him tht she do't want tht he'll destroy himself in this revenge, telll him if u wnt i'll't join my Dad's company, main nahi karoongi but tum b apni mom ki company nahi join karoge...abi toh RD selfish ho raha hai but Sanyu b use selfish hi show ho rahi hai...yaar yeh wahi bannda hai jisne book se ring isliye nikal li thi kyunki woh Sanyu ka dream poora hone k beech nahi aana chahta tha, wahi ladka hai jisne Sanyu k kisi aur se engage hone k baad b bola tha woh Sanyu k liye kuch b kar sakta hai...look at Parth, usne Sanyu ko RD ka plan join karne se jis tarah se roka tha, Sanyu ko b apne action mein wahi rakhna chahiye tha. @Bold! agree wid u...nd i just hope iss track k end mein b aisa hi ho woh b bina jyada damage ke. :|

Absolutely right...if he is trying to get her on his side like this..even she should...now that Vardhan is here he will try to tell Randhir about his mistakes , n even Parth was trying to knock some sense into his head...Sanyu can really manipulate Randhir , why doesn't she use her skills to make him understand..atleast try toh kare , baki woh sune ya na sune..but wats irritating me is that she is not even trying...Bas apna dream apna dream karke ro rahi hai...

Sorry to offend you but I beg to differ...
In the show they haven't depicted that career oriented women fail in their relationships, instead they have portrayed the boon and bane of being one...

Maya was never a failure instead she did everything to make her martial life work but it was her husband who forced her to take such a step.
Trust me but even Anju is a failed woman in terms of keeping her family intact. Had she been not the timid and suppressed woman, her daughter must have been with tnem and they would have been a happy family.

No woman is perfect, infact everyone is flawed. Sanyukta's character was never meant to be a flawless one neither she was meant to be an alpha female. It's her journey to attain her dream while facing many trival, shattering and emotional challenges.
We are all blaming her aren't we but has anyone ever thought about her condition? A person who had dreamt of helping her dad to attain the top most position since childhood is suddenly crushed between her ambition and her soulmate,... How does it feel then? Randhir knew about her aspiration yet he made her chose... Doesn't it count as his fault as well?
This is the bitter reality that many face and people often mis-judge them.
It's not about giving one aspect utmost priority and neglecting another one completely. It's about making choices.

About men... Trust me but they are more emotional then women yet they mask themselves under the facade of cold hearted shell and masculine power. They are definitely stronger physically yet they are emotionally very weak.
The same aspect has been marvelously brought out in our show as well.

To make a family cooperation of both husband and wife are required cause one single entity can never form a family.
The most apt example will be the Shekhawat...

Wahi toh yaar...abe RD use man handling karing nd kuch nhi suning toh kaha gayi Sanyu sherni...abe danda lekar jaye nd khopdi phod de but apni baat samjha k aaye...ya in Machanical way, live wire le aur bole, kyun be brk up karega aur man handle karega, cigret piyega flrt karega aur meri bilkul nahi sunega...aur fir b na samjhe tb wahi start kare jo RD karing...waise b yeh dono jangali hi hain aur isi jangali tareeke se kaabu mein ate hain...i jst hope, Ishika k baare mein pata lagte hi atleast ladki Sherni bann jaye aur RD ko dhona start kar de...plz! kameeno kuch gadbad hone se pehle short out kar lo...i know, RD bahut kameeniyat kar raha hai at this time...but one thing is clear tht he want Sanyu wid him any cost...but question is, does Sanyu want RD wid her in any cost?
