So...this is a fun post...only for fun...we have seen that whatever be tbe Beemaari it's dr khurana to the rescue...so why wasn't he the doctor who came for Arzoo?

i voted for no.3 .. and yes i also believe nausheen would faint, so treating two ladies at the same time would be un-feasable na.. why didnt nausheen faint, i am still in doubts

There could be many more reasons.

He is scared of Rehman (waise, where has he disappeared? and his daughter?) Rehman uncle thought, chalo main inko Samaira ke liye maang leta houn. Agar Zaki ne na bola to, waise bhi pregnancy ka diagnosis inhone kiya tha na? Aur ooper se wo DNA test? ab bhugto...
