Purush mandal don't have the habit of drinking regularly.None of them are alcoholics so what's wrong if they drink once in a while. Nowadays it's so common to drink in parties.The gents don't want to drink in front of the children. They want to enjoy separately. I feel the ladies should allow them to drink just once in a while.
After all the gents are not alcoholics.And they too need some space. Waise toh they always celebrate all parties together. Ek party agar friends ke saath celebrate karna is not wrong.
I know gents won't be able to succeed in their plan.Somebody will definitely spoil their plans.Poor guys!

aur nothing wrong is going out for party with friends once a while...but gokuldham mein its strictly not allowed..🥱

jo karna hai...sub ke saath karo...sub ke samne karo...khul-e-aam...😆.

agar peena bhi hai too society compound mein baithkar sub ek saath drinks karo...bade bache sub milkar...kyun ki gokuldham ek parivar ki tarah hai...😡.

nahi nahi...aaisa mai nahi kheta...aaisa ye log khete hain...😆..

bhaki jaise aap ne kaha..nothing wrong to party with friends..but abhi asit bhai modi jee ko kaun samjhaye ye baat...unko ye comedy lagta hai..too lagta hai...jaane doo na bhai...😆.

lekin gokuldham wasi...for god sake...khabhi too koiee occasion akele manalo yaar...kab tak ye goody goody stuff...zeeyada meeta bhi kadwaa ho jata hai...😆..

on that note...popu abhi soch raha hai ki...!!!..

Only one time they have been shown drunk in the party during lahoola party when ladies also go for party and get harassed by goons on road. How ironic it is that in 1500+ episodes, only once they have shown drunk

Yess..you are right..drinking once in a year is not a crime..and secondly prush madal should have right to go out with friends..mahila mandli ko jaha jaana ho they can go..ye to khulam khula na-insaafi hay..

They drink once a year, twice a year or all the time is not a question. The question is who is the head of their own families ? Champak Chacha?

These families have simply lost their individuality. All the men have to party together. Iyyer a scientist , Hathi, a doctor, Mehta , a writer don't have parties outside GD society and they don't or can't drink there ? How can anyone dictate their way of living ?

I know the young and the old should walk together in our society but the question is whether it is possible to mix old and young all the time ?

Privacy is not a really bad word. We all need that.

agreed totally ... they are making it a big issue unnecessarily ...i think champak chacha needs to take a break now ..he keeps interfering in everyone's matter in these cases ..

ladies have shown to go out shopping whnever they want , shopping absolute crap..( remember daya once brought grown up pants for tappu saying when tappu is grown bahot mehngai hogi , useless)

also anjali torture mehta ( kudos jisne bhi ye naam rakha , apt ) itna diet diet karti hein , doesn't mehta have right to enjoy even once ??

So yesterday they gave this excuse that if u drink once then u will get addicted to it and will drink many times. Aisa zaroori nahi hai.
It's not about drinking. The problem is why can't the gents enjoy whenever they want. Whenever they want to have to party, they are always told to celebrate with the whole family. If the ladies have the freedom of going to restaurants, shopping and tapu sena too can have the freedom of going anywhere then why should the gents be devoid of it?

Aren't they too old to get addicted ? I mean it happens at a young age when a man gets carried away. At the age of 40 they will drink day in and day out ?😆

Problem with the show is that it shows the lifestyle of Mumbai and tries to imply the logic from Gujarat ( No offence intended). Gujarat ,as we all may know, is a dry state where alcoholic products have been banned.

Whether drinking is good or bad should be left for these overgrown senior Tappu sena. If they don't understand themselves no one should poke their noses either.
