So either Akanjali confess and Anjali says it straight to her parents or she keeps aside all those feelings and Akash finds out about Vidhaan much later. I wonder if that Roshan will play any part? She seemed to like Akash more than a friend.
@bold: Exactly! We already have a conflict after the expedition so I don't think they will waste too much time during it on this. It is evident from the precap that Anjali has the balls to talk back for what she feels is right. So I do feel that if the confession happens during the expedition (as someone said, I would love for a confession on the summit!), Anjali might just refuse for the wedding. She is not all about 'I'll do whatever my father says' anymore.
Roshan having more the platonic feelings for Akaash would be taking it a bit too far, IMO. They needn't go there.

I think that they are not only going to be each other's strength during the expedition as you said but also in each others life problems. Anjali helping him overcome acrophobia of which we saw a glimpse during wall climbing and his fears after gautam's death and Aakash being the caring manly figure in her life, supporting her.

Thank you, shine! I saw a post saying somewhere how they're metaphorically using Everest to define life itself. It makes sense that the bond that Akanjali have developed during their time here will and should eventually translate into their lives as well. They're just too adorable <33
