I have been watching this show for a long time now and I know that the writers have been looking for a happening end so I am about a 100% sure that Shaurya isn't dead.
Why did the doctor say so? Well, it won't be the first time Shaurya would have threatened someone to do so, would it? For him this would be perfect. Whoever had tried to kill him would think he/she was successful and Shaurya could sit back and plan against all his enemies.
What could be better? This way he gets an edge over everyone else in the game and anyway he doesn't care about the pain or grief his mother has to go through. He doesn't care at all.
Plus, he isn't sure who it was. It could be Rajnath or Durga or anyone else, who knows!
I think it was a master stroke on Shaurya's part and this obviously made the story more exciting and fun. Now let's see where this goes.
My prediction would be that Shaurya will stay dead for the world for some time now and will find out that Durga is Nitya, he will use this information against Durga and finally when he comes back there will be a huge showdown. There has to be. This is the way to go. Shaurya just changed the whole game for the Goenkas.
Next step for Durga is to send Rajnath to jail and I think that will happen sometime next week.
