This show, no doubt, has potential. It has the perfect leads, an amazing story but like all dramas that had an amazing start, will this also turn into a typical drama?
LD's mum doesn't hate Radha so I don't think there will be Saas-Bahu drama and she seems educated so I doubt she will stoop down to that level any time soon.
I would really like to see quite a lot of wooing from LD. I hope they show quite a lot of episodes of that and her slowly liking him. When it comes to the point that she starts liking him I want to see more wooing so that she would eventually fall in love with him.
What I don't want is seeing her go to her in-laws and lose her identity. She made very good valid points when talking to LD's parents. She's a daughter and she has duties towards her families, dreams to fulfil and she wants to do this by herself. She would most likely have to forget that when she would become their DIL. She wants to become an actress. Will her in-laws allow that. The grandfather is already old fashioned, when would he ever allow that?
It should be more of her in-laws adapting the more modern ways of things than Radha having to accept the "traditions" and "culture" of LD's family.
This is one drama that I would really be disappointed in if it turns into a typical drama.
Jayshree already seems like she's going to cause problems.
I want to see more of LD and Radha's relationship progressing than seeing LD and Radha living in a joint family, which in one of the promos Radha says she hated (and I would hate to live in a joint family too)
They need to think that this show is about a young couple. Most young people will be watching this so they need to keep in mind that we want to see LeeRa's relationship rather than seeing Radha and her in-laws problems.
