Initially I thought it would be good if they had shown Anandi visiting the girl's family.
But what is the point? The very fact that her parents sold her off to these people tells that they are not in a situation to take care of her.
What is to be gained by taking her back to her parents? Nothing.
They completely bypassed the girl's family and put her in a welfare hostel at least her basic needs will be met and she hopefully will meet better individuals there and gets to be with kids who are in the same boat as her.
Sad but that's the truth. The parents don't wait to think whether they can afford to have a family before producing kids🤢

It was a well executed track.
It was sad to see Jyoti being beaten. That was indeed horrible, specially when such treatment is coming from a so-called well-educated female like Mandira.

The lady playing Mandira acted really well.

Good track

Short, crisp, very logical, nicely handled track.
collector and social worker did full justice to the track.

Hope to see them more in their professional arena
