Frankly speaking i don't think so! maybe that Ahil part was real😡😡😡 But sanam(orginal) and sehar part seems promo shoot since seher is shown wearing heavy jewellery but in yesterday's episode she seems extremely different without any jewellery. I dont think seher will wear that jewellery again to just to make an entry to IH.. More over i dont think seher and sanam ll make a entry together. Twin thing will only reveal after a series of MU's!!
