Actually the it hasn't been 18 hours. There was a blooper. When Manik called Nandini to sit with him at the table (with the sandwich wala scene), Nandini greeted him saying "Hi MANIK"..So yeah, she did say his name in the morning. It hasn't been 18 hours but the scene was beautiful so it doesn't really matter
