I think there is something in Gehlot's mind which he wanted to do, so that is why he is like this....
Gehlot knows very well ke Captain Rajveer is very smart, so he doesn't want to make any doubt for Rajveer from his side, so he wants to make his illegal work in the KMA without letting Captain Rajveer knows, but in same time he has something against Captain Rajveer, which is still not clear!!!!....
Maybe he knows that Captain Rajveer is like Naveen, a very patriot person, who never let anything illegal happen, so that is why he is aware of Captain Rajveer....
