Yes..Sahir is to blame..!

But... Facts are still facts.. So he is to blame because..

He didn't say anything when she threw her phone.. No action
He didn't object to her late coming.

He didn't insist on her explaining why she wasn't in office and he had to go and meet her at home.
He didn't insist she follow a dress code
He promoted her for a letter for which she would have been sued anywhere in the world..

He did not insist on her telling him her relationship with sarfaraz although he definitely knew she was lying.

The point is... The guy is human... We need to give him s break!

Right now he is a boss questioning Arzoo who is an employee accused of a wrongdoing because of which he has lost an important deal!

He is not a man who has confessed his love for her and hence knows her inside out and should never question her!

His actions should be viewed from the perspective of the situation and not always how they affect poor Arzoo!

what i fail to understand is...if aarzoo gets angry...she has the full right to lash out...be it hitting a person with her phone..or writing a totally insulting resignation letter...

we should consider the same for sahir...let him show his anger too...and then consider things differently

I think u guys have summed up quiet a bit With ur interesting facts n explanation so I will Just touch upon something which I feel might bring in a perspective 😉

As much as a "rebel " and " partially feminist " view tht I hold ...I believe there is MORE than just one factor tht links to how incoherent the thinking has come down to especially when it comes to INDIAN daily soaps and over the years I have realised tht it's not Just the people behind the camera who are eager to show it..the takers are fairly large number ...

If one may ask why So...it could very well be sought out from the way the people at large have been seeing n have grown accustomed to seeing over the generations ...in a way men being MORE responsible for the way things work outside the home ..and women folk being regarded with the way things work at home .

As " regressive and orthodox " as it sounds ...cos with the Double Income No Kids (DINK) group ...with men n women contributing equally in all Spheres ...there is STILL a section who thinks Otherwise...especially tht now the age gap Between a couple is also diminishing with the two being at par and which otherwise was a HUGE factor in the way the men were held responsible for the women arnd them ...has had repercussions

..and wht does all this lead too ??

- men " excused " at home

-women "excused" at work place

- Alvira instiling the responsibility of kitchen and sahir 's work to ARZOO ..

- ARZOO being young getting excused

-sahir being made a "scapegoat " In most of the situations

And this brings us to the fact from the examples shown in the show itself ..is tht ARZOO being young has been given a " respite " in quiet a lot of occasions at times Being shown a victim too while sahir , alhtough being more mature n sensible ..and having to have grown up before time , has been given a

"offending " stance ...

So even in future since sahir IS the elder, mature one ...will be held responsible for things tht go wrong BETWEN SaAz irrespective of wht was the TRIGGER ..and ARZOO will go scot free ...not to mention the case can actually be compared to when kids make mistakes , they are questioned "haven't ur folks taught u anything " 😆

Btw in the current situation I have nothing more to say than the fact tht sahir did ask her abt sarafar n she lied ..with no concrete reason to back up her lie

We demand equal rights for women but when it comes to sharing responsibility of our actions and the situations they lead to ... it always has to be the man taking the brunt of it

Sometimes i do feel we are not women enough 😆 because i find it hard to go poor arzoo after all she has been up to ... Again I wont say she is bad its just she is human and has her own personality issues to deal with ... we all have these issues ... if we keep blaming others all the time instead of dealing with our own demons or attitude problems we can't go far in life ... there was a time we were all immature or some of us had or could still have anger management issues ... but if we keep blaming others for our reactions in anger or start thinking its ok to be young and throwing things at other in anger or writing nasty letters ... then we cant go far in life ... we would always be sulking and blaming others instead of correcting what we can move forward and correct about our own selves ... problem with arzoo is so far her character hasnt shown that development ... she has not started thinking about her own mistakes and learning from them ... she is always judging and blaming others and is yet to see and realize the requirements of a professional environment and anger management ... i certainly want to see that growth in her

And i don't believe men and women are equal ... if they were God wouldn't make us differently ... in some things men have an edge ... in others women do ... and that is how together they are able to survive as man and wife ... God made women mothers not men ... motherhood is the most beautiful of relations that requires softness, caring and love, someone who understands emotions ... men are by their very nature tough and strong, less emotional ... that is why the highest ranked relationship in the world was granted to women not men! Women require certain softness merely because they are responsible for being moms ... we are different from men and will always be ... we need to cherish that not resist that just to prove we are equal

Nads see we think alike ...I wrote the same in my PS cos I feel it's the makers who are portraying her as a confusing n less confident person ..while she was so " go getter " whne the show had started

N also it's time for the people to understand tht it's NOT abt the right or wrong ...a POV or a perspective can never be right or wrong ...it's Just tht circumstances are favorable or not ...BUT the person has to learn to STEER his/her own life through it ...SUCCESSFULLY

Now now I hope the ARZOO fan brigade doesn't come n kill me ...😆..it's Niothing against her we have here ..it's the character issue 😆
