I dont know if dayal will be shown speaking his last words tomorrow or he is already dead , but i wanted to dedicate a post to him .
Dayal has been shown as one of the most compassionate character and there are very less people out who dont love him actually .
He has this never say die attitude which makes me the persona he is . He helped a almost dying girl , true it was his duty as a doctor but when he heard her story , he gave her new life , zeal and enthusiasm to face her fears . He stood by her as a moral and physical support . The man was responsible for the fiery durga .
A man of few words who believed in action and not just haste action . He always had a calm and collected mind which helped the agitated durga in her plans . Such a back bone durga lost..dev can never replace dr.dayal and neither akash can .
Lets forget that dayal's guilt etc etc made him help nitya/durga . How long will one help in getting revenge just for feeling guilty . Dayal knew and was ready from day one to face death when time came .
He could have stopped with just plastic surgery , but he never let that ego come in between when he was trying to save the girl . True , his character is one without ego. He is true to the name and profession of the doctor , "self-less help" and dedication .
And what a match to his name . Dayal means kind,compassionate, merciful . It also mean someone who thinks logically and adopts a rational approach to any problems . I ,for the record dont disagree with any of this characteristics as he has exhibited this and much more making him appealing to masses .
He gave us such a joy in seeing him whenever he enacted on screen .
No doubt , as many of us in the forum have pointed out time and again , dayal is the most intelligent and charismatic character . He is spontaneous, yet guarded.
we have enjoyed his crisp ice cut dialogues to the evil goenka's be it at GM or the thakur house or even at the court .
His last moments too were so heart wrenching . He stole the show with his courageous attitude .
Hats off dr.dayal thakur !!will miss u đ
