I have not seem the promo, but guys, i'm sure it's VERY misleading, like most promos. I'm still waiting for Sanam to drink the drugged juice that Tanu handed her, months ago. Just keep the montage in mind.. SAHIL are shown together holding hands. Which tells me they are going to be together both physically, and in their hearts and souls.
The funny thing, which is not so funny is Aahil said not even death would separate us. Asad said the same thing and he and Zoya "died" with hands and hearts joined. I could see though that SAHIL's life WILL probably be at risk and they go into hiding or running to save their lives sometime in the future. Not now.

My guess, though Seher and Rehaan will be ready to give each other a second chance, they on the other hand will be separated by Tanu for awhile because Tanu will not want Rehaan involved with Zoya;s daughter.
Since up to yesterday Surbhi is in Seher's wedding dress, i'm guessing that the wedding drama is still being taped. Maybe flashbacks or actual scenes.
Surbhi also said that she has been dressed like a bride 10 times but this is her third marriage. My guess is i'm sure SAHIL will marry.
Remember KV also said that SAHIL's love with grow stronger by all this drama. So I think before the end of the wedding track, SAHIL will marry again.. but there'll be drama after as well when Seher has to also explain how she became involved with Raziya and the money issue. Raziya will be arrested and Aahil will learn that Sanam was kidnapped.
So PLEASE RElax people...
