Anjali herself said in yesterdays episode that she doesn't want to be with Arjun and there is no chance of that happening. Also, if it was going to be Arjun and Anjali we would have got a scene indicating that. Yet we have not got anything besides a few scenes where they discuss mountaineering and Everest that's it. It is going to be one sided from Arjun's side if it does happen anyway.
Aakash and Anjali is end game as you don't give scenes like yesterday or their first ever meeting to say that we are going to remain friends that's it. We have also seen Anjali start to realise her feelings too whereas Aakash knows too and we had the jealousy scene too so all that means something at the end of the day.
