That happens with all movies. Aashiqui2 had lot's of clips in trailers and promos that they deleted from the movie. So forget small trailer clips coz such editing is very common.In fact the censor board removed one whole proper kiss scene from Aashiqui2 and it never got posted online. So a few clips from trailers and promos won't get posted. The trailer clips you're talking about are not called deleted scenes. They are just very small clips.
