Sonakshi Sinha: Ive never done a raunchy or provocative number

Sonakshi Sinha is all set to woo the audience with her new attitude in "Tevar". The actress will also be seen performing a dance number in the forthcoming movie. The song, titled "Radha nachegi", was launched at an event in Mumbai on Tuesday.

Talking about the song, Sonakshi said, "Radha nachegi' makes me grateful that I have been a part of a song of such a big scale. I was overwhelmed by the opportunity and yes, Amit (Sharma, director) is definitely one of the best directors I have ever worked with. I have never done a raunchy or provocative number. You have seen the kind of songs I have been a part of. Item numbers are very debatable topic."

The actress says Madhuri Dixit and Sridevi have been her dancing idols.

"I am glad you compared me to Madhuri. I love dancing and classical dance specifically. Madhuri ji, Sridevi ji are my dance idols. The mishmash of hiphop and classical was tough but I have pulled through well," she said.

Remo D'Souza has choreographed "Radha nachegi" for the movie and he feels that Sonakshi is one of the best dancers in the country.

"I think she is one of the best dancers we have in the country," he said.

Sonakshi is also busy with her Tamil debut "Lingaa" and her forthcoming movie "Action Jackson". Talking about her busy schedule, she said, "I am juggling between Linga', Action Jackson' and Tevar' promotions. Luckily I am not shooting so I am managing pretty well."

"Tevar" also feature Arjun Kapoor and Manoj Bajpai. The movie will hit the screens on January 9.
