Kajol-Nysa that she has to start working by 15

Kajol has always made it clear that she is a family person and that her kids are her first priority. In this interview with Filmfare, Kajol talks in detail about her relationship with her hubby and her kids.

About Ajay she said, "I really love the man. I respect him for who he is. He's always been so solid. From the time we were going around 20 yrs back till now. He's grown, evolved and changed...for the good. He started off being an amazing guy and continues to be so. If he says something, he means it. He doesn't say much but whatever he says, he does it. There's no backing off on any commitment. His pet name is Babaji. Everyone comes to him for advice."

While talking about her kids Kajol said that little Yug loves to watch his dad's action movies. However Nysa apparently is a readoholic like her mom. She is also Kajol's worst critic, it seems. Kajol said, "Nysa has started respecting me more after I started dressing better. Now she's like, 'Hmm you are looking fine'. But most of the time she doesn't like what I wear. I only hear 'Mama this is crap' or 'your ass is big'. If I listened to her I'd be the person wit the lowest self esteem. "

Kajol also added that she wants her kids to start earning by 15 years of age. She said, "I need to install a work ethic in my children. If Nysa ever comes to a point where she does not have anything, she'll be confident of starting from scratch. That's the confidence my husband and I have."
