Naani do some calculation & chintoo comes there & says, naaniji diwali is nearing but u r sitting & doing calculation..naani says, what to do, I made u MD & u r doing all the works so perfectly, I just need to see the final checkups.
Mahaan too comes there..Chintoo says to naani, for diwali I am thinking to introduce a new scheme what do u say..naani says to chintoo, I get scared with your schemes, plz. stay away from it.
Chintoo says to naani, just listen to me once naaniji, we have 2 days old stock of sweets at shop, let us give some extra sweets along with them, so our old stock will be sold out..mahaan interferes & says, this is not correct, from this we lose our stock.

Naana keeps the notes bundle on the table..chintoo talks to a person & ask whether the board which he had orderd is ready..chintoo takes the notes which naana had kept on the table & says to naana, see u kept the notes on table, hence lakshmi don't come to u & goes from there.
Naana says to mahaan, chintoo drew the amount from his salary a/c to invest in the business but don't know how many notes are there, b'coz I did not count..mahaan says, that's ok, but this money is for the new scheme only & I will surely become MD due to this.
Mahaan says, they should follow sadu bhai now & both of them goes to shop to find out what chintoo is doing there.
Naana & mahaan comes back from shop..naana says, he is very tired & sleeps on a sofa..mahaan teases naana & say, what work u did in shop to become so much tired..he says to naana, u were just eating some snacks.
Naana says to mahaan, u too did not do anything, just changing the dress to enter the shop..mahaan says, I did this b'coz I did not want any1 to recognize me but due to heavy rush I could not do anything.
Naana receives a call from sharmaji..sharmaji says, due to their shop sweets, 3-4 people became ill after eating the sweets..naana says the same to mahaan & mahaan becomes happy for this.
Naana says to mahaan, after eating the sweets from our shop, 3-4 people became ill & u r laughing?? Mahaan says, I am laughing b'coz I will become MD b'coz of this.
Chintoo comes home & says to himself, why light is not on & where did every1 gone & he switch on the light..naani, naana & mahaan comes there.
Naani scolds chintoo & say, even after she told him not to introduce any new scheme why he introduced the scheme & say, b'coz of this 3-4 people became ill..chintoo tries to explain but naani don't listen..chintoo asks her to believe him & asks her to wait till tom. morning for the news paper.
Mahaan feels happy & says to himself, shortly he will surely become MD & wait for the news paper..news paper comes & immediately badelal picks the paper..mahaan asks him to return back but badelal says, maalkinji said, today she wants to read the news paper 1st.
Naani reads the news paper about her shop which says, eat the Prasad & take maa's aashirwaad..naani, naana & mahaan are surprised at the news.
Chintoo brings the board which says same line & show to naani..chintoo says to naani, naani once u ask me not to open the scheme, why will I do the same..i have a lot of respect on u & I don't do the things which will bring bad name to u & I don't hurt u in any matter.
Chintoo says, I kept only good sweets in our shop & threw the sweets which were spoiled..This board I kept in the shop to attract the customers..so many people purchased sweets from our shops.. I am sending the money which came from the old stock which were good to anathalay.
Chintoo says, children who eats our shop sweets will obviously praise us..the sweets are like Prasad to children & say good things on us, so it is like a aashirwaad.
Naani praises chintoo & say, he did a very good job..she asks mahaan, why he said lie on chintoo..mahaan says, what about the people who became ill after eating the sweets from our shop..naani asks mahaan whether he has any proofs to say this..mahaan says, he will get the proofs & say to chintoo, u have to come out of MD post, b'coz I am becoming MD shortly.
A man & a small boy sits on the floor..naani asks them whether they are ill & both says yes..chintoo asks them what they both ate..they says, kheer, some item & sweets..chintoo asks naani, where she has kept her bandhook, he wants it immediately.
That person & a small boy stands hearing the word bandhook..chintoo asks them who sent them & asked them to say lie like this..that person says, sharmaji gave money to say lie.
Naani gets angry & say, next time if u say anything bad about our shop, then I will take action against u people.

Nice epi..the scene when chintoo asks mahaan not to interfere in business, when chintoo counts money & teases naana & the last scene when chintoo says, he don't bring bad name to naani are all highlights of the epi..fine acting by naani, naana & mahaan..sumit's expression during counting notes is superb & his acting in these mentioned scenes are fantastic.
