Hai QHians...i am a silent reader on the forum...just made 2 posts before only to know about QH1 story becoz i started watching QH2..many helped me thanks to all of them..but i should say QH1 was an epic on indian tv...i could see strong personas right from beginning...as if they were designed with care& passion...hats off to gul...asad,zoya,dillu,najma,pura siddiqui family,rashid family loved everyones character...i watched it like i am crazy...had completed 170 episodes in 1 month...
I AM NOT SAYING QH2 IS LESS THAN QH1 BUT QH1 WAS MORE STRONG...INFACT I LOVE QH2 JUST AS QH1...LOVE SEHAAN JODI VERY MUCH...(NO BASH FROM SAHIL SHIPPERS I FOUND SEHAAN CUTE &SAHIL PASSIONATE)...i love watching QUBOOL HAI DAY IS INCOMPLETE WITHOUT QH..., 😉

Yes QH 1 was amazing. Especially at the start, when the story was VERY strong. Even though Razia was a vamp, she made sense in the story. Then they brought the Half blind Billi in, and the story started to go haywire. Initially it was still good with Billi, I mean because of her, Zoya and Asad got engaged? But then...after the first wedding "drugging and humbistar", things started to go south.

I still liked the Ajmer confession, and also a lot of other things to do with the story, even the Taj mahal wedding, Haider Sheik's track etc. But the Abbu truth was dragged too much.

QH 2 hooked me because of SAHIL and mostly KVB. I found the characterization of Aahil fascinating. So it kept me hooked for the past 7 months! I agree. When I first started watching QH 1, it was 2 months old. I must have watched the first 50 episodes in a week? If time permitted, I would have watched them even sooner. I stopped after ZOYAAN, coz I was just angry. But then caught up again after a few months, and since then never stopped. That was around 12 months ago.

But I STILL miss the characters of QH 1 a lot. I loved them all. But QH 2 is very good too. Epsecailly at the start it was reverting. Every episode was power packed, almost no fillers. But of course now that they got the extension, it wont be as fast paced. But yes, I agree. My day is not the same until I watch QH!

QH 1 was best.. Though it was ruined later😆... But still we love it very much

It truly was an epic but with its own share of controversies...loved all the major couples asya[kabhi] , haira[kehit], ayra[viki]...strong n well defined characters, equal screen space, brilliant direction, awesome performances, even the supporting actors left an indelible impression on all...then it lost track...asya put through so much trouble, separation, billos never ending plots, hated the zoyaan track to the core, then sudden replacements, negativity all over, still saw it for haira but there story was also ruined by writers who forgot to give a proper closure it was abrupt, to top that all billi massacred the leads, gaffur sahab and my poor tamatar...it was horrible
