Does Gautam really consider Upen his friend?

Gautam called Upen a better person them him (though he know Upen isn't) even if its his strategy he emerged as a diplomatic person that contradict his previous opinions and conduct..It even contradict "Main jo bolta hoon dil sey bolta hoon" as I remember Puneet and Gautam's discussions regarding Upen..I know Gautam want to clarify infront of other HMs that he has no personal grudges against anyone specifically BG or he's not negative person...But there was no need of diplomacy or flattery..It can be a smart move to reduce Upen's jealousy..but it appeared like a scene of kabhi khushi kabhi gham 😆 it won't help him anyway because "don't tont me" will never change ...Upen truly doesn't deserve that "y're a better person then me" tag even if its a lie..when Sonali said Gautam changed himself for the game was she right? Does Gautam really consider Upen his friend as I've seen him calling Upen his friend infront of him even before..Please don't say Gautam is nobody's friend because in BB house NOBODY is a true friend..

No Gautam really likes Upen. Unfortunately 😆

They used to hang out together all the time in the LF before the Soni behna issue happened. Seemed really close tbh.

Even with the Sonali issue, Gautam said that he was more hurt by Upen and not Sonali.

Gautam likes upen, it's been quite evident
And gautam has tried on numerous occasions to sort of the misunderstandings with him
But gautam was unfortunate that upen was stuck up with the bedroom gang n wud hardly interact beyond that..
I never saw upen taking the first step to mend the broken friendship as he mentioned yday that they see thick friends in the first two weeks
