Captain asks HM for opinions- Not good? - Page 4

Hmmm. He never involved the HMs when he was distributing duties. In fact no one had the right to voice their opinion and do what they liked or were good at. Which is what a good leader does!!!

Now, after he has chosen 1 peraon for punishment by BB. He choses to humiliate another through group discussion.. Why? The dude is too much. I dont like sonali and yes she does do a bit of kaamchori as already expressed by HMs. But to humiliate her now., no reason. He could have punishished her durin his captaincy, esp. At tje time she was doing kaamchori, like ali. He didnt learn anything about his attitude thru dictator task. He is still doing it.



Basically he is chosing to isolate her for 2 hrs.. Just like he was in the house and he didnt like it. He already knows she is stressed. Plus she was the only one who stood by him when he was alone. And she never vited against him. Whatever kambal leela she does.., it appears its gautam's badla. He is mean and vengeful.. Not funny!!!

Nevertheless, the main point of the post was not whether Gatuam should give Shonali a punishment but was he WRONG in taking other HM's opinions and involving their point of view for analyzing Shonali's issue. Cuz according to Upen, Gautam shouldn't be asking other HM's and rather doing his own thing one on one. Please reflect on that if you chose to.

N now we have a captain trying his best to b fair upfront n he punishes a HM who he thinks walks out of a discussion, disrespecting

Nd that's the point ki "roti bina mirch masale ke banti hai" only thing we can add to dough is salt aka namak(if we want to) which I m sure she must be adding cz no one raised THAT issue 😆

So only prblm is shape of the roti jo properly pakake aati hai,which makes it eatable..nd most importantly for the ppl who r eating that is the not the big issue..

Lol sure I am not hating on Nakshe wali rotis! just shonali's antics of not contributing well thats all. lets watch tonights episode and hopefully all our queries will be resolved.
