Captain asks HM for opinions- Not good?

Today in the sneak peak, Gautam calls out on Shonali's lazy attitude and kamchori and asks all the HM's in the "open/chaude mein" who all thinks she isn't working and if she isn't how must she be punished? Initially people start pointing out the bad in her and Shonali gets annoyed by all this (obviously) and gets up and leaves the meeting while everyone is still seated.

Captain Gautam then announces "I want everyone to not speak to Shonali for 2 hours" after which many voice disagreement, Upen significantly voices that he will not follow captain's orders and then later in the bathroom he discusses with other HM's how a captain should have one on one conversation with Shonali not ask other people about their views on her work and what collective punishment to give her.

Personally I think she is kamchor but calling her out infront of everyone may not have been the best decision by our dear captain but I also know that Shonali would never accept how badly she works in the house - Moreover she does kamchori purposely for example- Gol Roti issue she showed Salman she could make Gol roti but she didn't when she was working in the kitchen with Dimpy. Also, we now know her jhaadu style no bending hardly working jhaadu style. Shonali to me has that younger sister's attitude in the family who just plain refuses to contribute well in the house.

We have yet to see the entire episode- It's stil not clear if Gautam was directed to pick someone or not. So let's keep that in mind as-well

What do you guys think?was Gautam wrong in asking HM's for their opinion? How do we get someone like Shonali to start showing some bloody interest in whatever she does?

For a matter of fact I liked this idea of gautam of involving everyone in that discussion
He respected the opinions of others

Agreed even I feel getting peoples opinion was a great move 😊

He has no right to tell any of the HM's not to talk to Sonali.
He's just the captain of the house ..and must come out of that dictator's character he played in the task.

And i don't think Sonali is a kaamchori..because she does the work given to her. I agree that she is a bit lazy in doing the work. But its wrong to call her kaamchori.

As far as i know..right to punish the HM's was only given to Ali...and after Ali whoever was the captain..they can only give the name of the person and BB will punish them.
But i did not find it funny..i felt he was rude to her.
