Why only south Indians?

Sardars are always happy go lucky people

Bengalis have horrible Hindi pronunciation

Gujaratis are always good at heart

and so on...

And marathis are always poor/middle class who always eat pav bhaji or poha in breakfast and cant diffranciate between papdi and phaphda!

Almost every culture is stereotyped except gujarati.We get to learn new new things about gujarati culture in every episode.

Sometimes I feel they should start airing this show in a gujarati channel than sab.Apart from gujarati food,clothes,dance,there would be atleast 1 gujarati dialogue spoken by either daya,jetha or champak in almost every episode.

Obviously since the makers & most actors are Gujjus -focus will always be Garba,gathia& Gujjusim!!!!

But atleast Mr Modi dont stereotype others as Soth Indian-Dark,Sardar-Always idiotic jokes,& So On...

The worst portrayal of any group on Indian Telly is of NRI😆

They make NRIs look like idiots who try to execute everything western in India . They have terrible Hindi pronunciation and body language. All these to make us believe they were born and brought up in US or UK.

They will simply hate all the Indian ways for some weird reasons. They will wear the shortest dress available on earth to visit the remotest places in India and blame the Indian mindset for being so regressive😆
