Sahir helps Noushin and takes her to the outhouse because of which dadi and the other family members are impressed with Sahir. Meanwhile, Kurti Aapa is delighted to know that Zeenat has recovered whereas Alvira is not too happy about the same. Arzoo on the other hand is worried about the marks on Sahir's back and she immediately calls the doctor to get the medicines for him. When Arzoo goes to meet Sahir, he shouts at her.
