Maano yaa na maano yeh captain apne aap mein hi ek anokha hain.
Jo khud aage chal ke kaam karta hain example set karta hain.
By doing all the stupid probs for him is making him more powerfual and hero in audience eyes more 😎

Jyoti... I always love your posts and our views are almost always the same. But I disagree on this one.
Gautam is a weak captain, IMO. If he's doing the work himself instead of delegating it, then how does it make him a good captain? If pritam is not working, then he should take it to BB and see if he can punish Ppl for this. (Like Ali). Not just make punz do all the rejected work. He needs to find an solution to this problem , coz tomorrow somebody else will follow pritam and not do their work. How much work can G and punz do?

And it'll also effect the luxury budget which reflects on his captaincy. I know we are expecting too much from him as no captain can do anything if someone refuses to work just out of spite.

I loved his(Gautam) strategy when ali came to him and complained that pritam n Praneet r fighting related to garden work

he heard everything very calmly did not rushed for it asked dimpi to check it

finished his food and than went n talked to them

later he requested punz to clean that area also said he knows they r doing this purposely asked him not to say anything to them

he said if i ask upen or arya to do this it will not effect praneet n pritam.

Kayal kar diya usne--Perfect strategy 👏

He even complement to tanna that she did her job very well

I just wished ki sallu should have shown that pritam,praneet,ali wali clipping to all HM😆

but phir wohi unfair salman ka trend suru ho jana tha😳😆

just hope ki he complete his captain wala period ache se-kyunki we know HM will not leave any opportunity to bring him down.They will try their best to make him a bad captain.

From most loathed to becoming most loved he has earned all this respect.. ⭐️

Gautam and punzz cant do all the work alone but it is enough to keep the cleanliness initiative alive in the house.. 😳😆

By continuining non cooperation movement ppl will only look more and more stupid.. this movement would have become extremely successful had gautam gave up his captaincy or whinned and cribbed abt ppl not cooperating.. but he has only been uttering positive things.. he didnt let punzz alone clean the house now thats wat we call lead by example praneet!! 😆

gautam clearly managed to turn crisis into tranquility.. 😕
