Generically I'm gonna say talent because in varying degrees they all have it. Somewhere 😆

Ranbir - charisma, passion for cinema, oodles of talent (lemme be bias okay)

Ranveer - energy; how he can pull off both a Bittoo and a Varun amazingly; his personality which I ADORE.

Varun - his dancing. I'm waiting for his performance in Badlapur to see if I can say he can be versatile :)

Arjun - looks, yep you read right, I think he's good-looking 😆 Also he plays the hooligan/broody character well I guess.

Sidharth - looks, personality and well, dedication, he's not the best actor but no one can stop him from getting there one day if he keeps at it as he is.

Sushant - focus, and he makes intelligent, sound choices. Also I think he's cute 😳

Aditya - looks, and an ability to play endearing characters charmingly well. I LOVED TAARU 😳

Ayushmann - his voice. Idk??? Haven't seen much of him. He was nice in Vicky Donor.

Deepika - beauty, she's a hard worker who has come VERY FAR. Also she's very polite. Her interviews can be boring sometimes but she speaks very politely and I love that (:

Anushka - she plays feisty characters well. ALSO HER SMILE :D

Parineeti - she plays characters effortlessly IMO. Shame she's stuck in a rut at the moment, I hope she gets offered/signs some good films soon 😔

Alia - um, KJo's backing? Apart from that tho I do think she's talented, ref: Highway. Also people call her baby-face but yeah I think it's an advantage, she'll stick around longer methinks.

Shraddha - voice of an angel, looks like an angel.

Ranbir - good actor

Ranbir - Did not trade in family name, but went to Lee Strasburg. Puts a lot of effort and thought into his films and characters. Loves the art of cinema and wants to change things.

Ranveer - Love of life and passion. Has had a lot of experiences like living abroad, but still loves Govinda and things that are considered lowbrow Very secure in who he is and doesn't let circumstances change him. Does not take himself seriously like that Hrithik BB challenge.

VD - Don't know much about him honestly. Good dancer and I read one interview where he talked about how his dad was sick during MTH. Found that very endearing.

ARJUN - Did not let circumstances dictate his life. I love how he talks about his mother and what she means to him and about Sonam and his sister.

SID MAL - Handsome, hard working, ambitious. You can see the growth as an actor and in choice of films.

SUSHANT - Unremarkable looks and presence off screen. But onscreen just lights up. Just luminous on screen. His acting and presence lifts even mediocre films like SDR.

ADI ROY - Laid back. Very bad for acting, very good in life.

AYUSHMAAN - Multi-talented.

DP - Hard working. Not very talented, but worked hard to change her acting, way she presents herself, fashion and so much.

ANU - Effervescent. Tells it like it is.

PARI - Has lived abroad, movie star for quite a while. But simple Punjabi girl at heart. What you see is what you get.

ALIA - Sounds like a bubble head. But the hunger to prove herself and not trade in a family name early on makes me really like that about her. Hard working.

SHRADDHA - Very pretty, delicate in appearance. But not character. Seems eager to prove that she is more than a pretty face.

I'll add

SONAM - Sounds like a materialistic fashionista at first glance. But very caring. Love that about her.

KAT - Came to a strange country, did not know the language. But that did not stop her from working on her strengths like dancing. Made choices that again played to her strengths. Hard working and strong.

Ranbir: Good actor with passion for film making, balances his film choices well.

Ranveer: Energy, unabashed enthusiasm. Good rapport with all co actors. Can fit into a wide variety of roles-he will look believable as a villager, a massy action hero as well as an NRI tycoon.

Varun: Good dancer and chocolate boy looks

Sid: Good looking and I guess he is the heartthrob in the younger lot as of now. (ARK too but he is not in news most of the time while Sid has buzz around him always)

Sushant: Go getter attitude, good actor-dancer, risk taker. Can fit into wide variety of roles.

Arjun: Has a natural physicality and attitude for rough-tough guy roles.

ARK- I have seen him only on YJHD, so going by my observation of public reaction towards him, I will say his USP is his charm and good looks.

Ayushmann: Effortless actor and multi talented.

Will write about the girls later.

ranbir-i think he is good person but li'll badnam for xyz reasons...
he best actor ri8 now in his generation (better than ranveer)

varun-his comic timing is amazing . my most favourite actor after veer.his performance in humpty is award winning

arjun-i like him offscreen more

sid- good looks and sexy voice

ark-very sharp features

sushant-good actor
