Pritam blamed Dimpy for P3G breakup. I don't disagree with the name but definitely dont agree with the reasons.
Here's what I think :
1) P3G group themselves: Unlike Bedroom group, all their fights and disagreements have been in open ( courtesy Puneet being in jail). They never thought of keeping their voices low and keeping conflicts within their space. If you give people chance, why wont they take advantage.
2) Wild Car Entries: WC entries gave P3G a chance to increase the number of people on their side. But that didn't turn in their favor. Of all the new WC, Dimpy was the most active catalyst to shake equations within P3G group. Knowing Gautam's vulnerability to any kind of opposition, it was easy to break the group. And knowing somewhere Praneet and Pritam were tired of being Agony Aunty to Gautam, it wasn't tough to break. There is no such character in Bedroom group, so no interest in breaking that group. Dimpy kept saying from day first that she is with P3G group,but defnitely leaked their conversations to bedroom group. For once, Bedroom group came up clean with no blame.
But some credit goes to Renee as well, she instigated Dimpy about not getting credit and Pritam and P3G group taking away all the limelight. Which made her more determined to break the group.
Now she is saying that there were cracks, why are they blaming her? All she did was taking advantage of the situation.
3) Onsided expectations: P3G has always been revolving around Gautam's needs. Out of all 4, only he has been the targeted one so support was always been around Gautam and making him ok. Only other's friendship towards him was tested. Which lead to him expecting that things revolve around him. He never had to think about other's need. And when others expected him to be with them, he didnt know how to react.
At some point,everyone kept themselves above others to stay ahead in this game which is acceptable as they are here to win, not making others win: applies to all...Gautam, Pritam, Praneet and Puneet.
4) Gautam: No matter how loud he shouts he isn't, I believe he was insecure
that he won't become captain. When people from his own group, tell him that they don't want him to be a captain, its not easy to digest especially when he was given hopes previously and I don't expect him to think straight.
He says that he is fair, he will do whats right no matter what others think. I respect him for that.
BUT, when others do that ... do whats right...but it isn't in his favor, he has a problem.
Gautam has problem with Pritam talking behind his back, I would have problem too. But does he listen to what others have to tell at face ? No .
You can't expect others to be honest with you when you are not ready to listen what they have to say.
5) Puneet : Not because he planned or something, but acting like a parent who always tells elder siblings to put up with mischevious little brother.
I tried to keep in mind that everyone is here to play game and win the show and respect whatever their strategy is good or bad to reach their goal.
