Puneet calls GG a Rottweiler, and has used the statement: Main pane Rottweiler ko uske peeche chod doonga.
Would you like to be compared to a dog? Yes, No?

There is nothing bad in being called a dog... Dogs are the most faithful and nice animals... They are the best pets and they are far better than humans... If Puneet calls GG a dog, it only represents how loyal and nice GG is

Thank you. Don't think anyone would consider being called that, and in the manner that people call him that, would consider it a good thing. Lol.

It depends on receiving party's outlook and the outgoing party's intention. So context is important.
A Rottweiler can be negatively viewed as violent, vicious, uncontrollable. Or positively, it can be viewed as fearless, courageous, and loyal.

Depends on individual frames of references and of context.

I have included one of Puneets statements in my post. He said main pane Rottweiler uske peeche chod doonga.

Does that sound positive to you?

My outlook is positive. You have to consider the source. Punz has no credibility on being an authority on character certification so why to give weight to his statements. I choose to view his statement with a pinch of salt and I choose to see it as positive meaning, G is courageous, fearless and loyal.

You asked for context, I gave you the statement made. Does it sound positive? That's the question.

I did t ask for context, I stated it depends on context. There are so many considerations. It's not a black and white, either or situation. You are looking for validation to diss Punz, I don't care about. Punz or declaring him offensive because as I've stated, he is NOT an authority on character certification and that itself proves that any negative comment from him is debatable and taken with a grain of salt.
