This in result will make you do things that you consider to be bad, in short you would do what a bad person would do because that's what you believe you're and then others and you, yourself can point to yourself of how bad you are.
Another one is being a loser or a failure. Same thing and then you wonder why you always fail. This is all happening on a subconscious level so its not that obvious, you might not see it.
So the idea is to take out the self images and believes that are not serving you and limiting you.
If the story is that you're no good and you can't do anything rite, that you're a loser and a failure then there is no chance of you getting up and going to gym to lose that weight.
Removing those beliefs, gives you confidence to actually do it and it then becomes effortless. If you build an image of yourself as a fit person, who is a success but currently you're overweight then your subconscious mind will get to work and actually make you go to gym, make you follow that diet so you mirror that image.
That will only happen if the dominant idea is, what you desire it to be, if not and most people are not what they want to be then you'll fail.
So that's why its important to clear those emotional blocks and see through those beliefs which are not even true and are holding you back.
If you really believe in God and you have full faith in him, then it will work wonders for you because you let go and surrender to the only power there is, whatever we call it, that doesn't matter, as long we believe in it and have full faith in him and leave it to him while believing that what we desire has already happened and what he will do is for the best and be thankful for what we have.
