Bipasha Basu's first mobile game in association with Jump Games is nearly ready. It is called 'Bipasha Basu Jet Ski Champ'. About mobile games, the actress says, "I myself play quite a lot of mobile games during shoots. You know how shoots are. You are required to wait for long hours between shots. So it makes for some good time pass, also it sets your mind thinking." But talk about jet skiing, and Bips confesses, "I am a little petrified of jet skiing, though I have done it before. But I am anything but a champ at it. On the mobile though, I am quite a champ."
About the other mobile games she plans to launch, one she says in based on the sport bowling while another is a more futuristic sort of game called 'Bipasha, the sci-fi princess who saves the world.' This brings us to her association with Sienna Miller, a Hollywood 'princess' who is trying to save the world through her efforts towards global warming. "I met Sienna when I was at the IIFA, and I was also introduced to her organization Global Cool, that is addressing the issue of global warming at large. Sadly her mission of coming down to India was overlooked, and what was given more print space were the parties she attended."
"On a more serious note," continued Bipasha, "It is important that we begin at home. Switch off mobile chargers when they aren't being charged. I myself am going to buy lesser cars. Yes, it's one thing that you can afford it, but it's another thing whether you really need it. If we don't take care of the global warming issue from now itself, it's going to be difficult for our children and grandchildren. I want to have children and grandchildren and assure them of a great environment. I'm sure you all too wish for the same."
About her choice of indulging in 'mobile games', she says, "I am an actor, and through mobile games I wish to only enhance my personality through a different medium. I'd like to showcase that part of my personality which hasn't been seen on screen yet and that's the sporty, adventurous me."
With 'sporty' films like Goal all set to release, and with her close association with footballer Ronaldo, one wonders if she'd like to launch a football mobile game. To this Bipasha diplomatically answers, "We'll see!"
