Chapter 1 :
Akash has been flying for last 1 year with Inde Airlines and has not been able to track the death of 3 Air hostess since he joined and has not been able to find any clues. He is known for his introvert and tough nature and no one dares to mess with him. Mahima is also working with him and helping him get any pointers related to drug dealing and suicide of 3 Air Hostessess.
It was a beautiful rainy Morning. He woke up after a long lonely night and started getting ready for another day! He stays alone in his big house...as he has no one around and neither he likes to have anyone interfere in his life... His parents had died when he was small and he is alive just to fulfill his mission.
Till date he has never thought of being with anyone... and he has always been devoted to his work. He had a bad/gray past as his parents were murdered by some criminals as his father was a SSP and he had caught some people red handed smuggling drugs. Since his father had all proofs and had seen the person, before he could go and give witness in court they killed both him and his wife. Akash had become very tough since then and his motive was to only get rid of all such people. He joined CBI branch and was the most renowned / Committed Police Office. He has also flown planes and thus he was appointed with Inde Airlines so that he can help catch the Drug smugglers gang.
He toasted bread and boiled eggs as his daily breakfast.. he never thought of getting married and settling down.. He never liked to spend time with Girls like all other boys do...Though Natasha had always been drooling on him and he never liked it. His best friend Arjun always wanted to see him settled down as he knew that Akash is very nice /emotional person behind the face he shows to the world. He always wanted him to love someone.
He got ready and rushed to the airport. He was flying with a new officer today to Coimbatore.
"GM Akash" he found Natasha near the Coffee Table.
"Call me Captain Akash,Natasha" he said.
Natasha: Yes my dearest Captain Akash. Akash , I wanted to tell you something...but before she could speak any further, he got up and rushed..." Got to go. Need to check on few things before I board the flight. "
Natasha fumed as he always used to ignore her.
Akash met Mr Sen and Mahima in the command room and while he was confirming his weekly flying Rooster, he felt a sudden feel of fresh air in the room... He turned around and saw a very beautiful lady dressed as Pilot entering the room.. He was stunned to see her at once. He felt a sudden connection with her ...She looked at him and saw him staring at him like all other folks in the same room...
To avoid their gaze, she came forward and said : GM Mr Sen " First Officer Ananya Rawat reporting on duty".
"Welcome First Officer ".. Mr Sen said and here you have your first weekly flying rooster. Meet Akash Saluja, Senior Pilot and captain of your flight today . You will be assisting him in flying for this week. Today you are flying from Delhi to Coimbatore and tomorrow you will be flying with Inde Airlines CEO.
"Hello Captain" I am glad to meet you as I have heard a lot about you, She said
" Hello First Office Ananya Rawat and extended his hand to welcome her. He kept on staring at her and kept on holding her hand.
She coughed and then he left her hand. He still kept on staring her. Ananya felt suffocated as everyone was only looking at her.
Then Akash came out of the room and was not able to control his inner emotions pouring out... after seeing her. He was not able to understand why he was behaving like that 5 min back. He had never felt like this ever before seeing any girl. Mahima came outside and asked " Akash are you ok? I have never seen u react like this " Come lets go to the aircraft as I am also on the same flight today as a passenger.
Making a promise to his mind to focus on his mission and goal, he headed towards the aircraft. He went inside the cockpit and settled down. Natasha came inside the cockpit and greeted him again" Hey Akash"...
"Captain Akash" , he snorted back.
Whatever.. she said and leaned over and placing her hands around his neck she said... what would u like to drink my dear captain... Akash...
Akash tried to push her away and while he was doing so, he saw Ananya standing near the cockpit Door.
Excuse me ..I need to take my seat ." she said.
Akash said" Welcome First Officer on your first flight with me ".
She just ignored and took her place. Natasha too ignored her and left the cockpit as Plane was about to take off.
Akash made all required flying announcements and flight was airborne in minutes. Ananya did not even look at him and like a professional was fully focused on her first flight and experience. She checked and did everything as expected from assistant Pilot. She was feeling so satisfied and was constantly grazing the white clouds above which she was flying. She for a minute had tears in her eyes as she felt her parents are seeing her from above and blessing her. Akash saw the tear in her eyes as he was stealing glances at her. He too just kept quiet.
In between Natasha was as usual coming and trying to be close to Akash while leaning on him... Ananya just ignored them..
While they were about to reach Coimbatore, he asked Ananya" So First Officer how was ur experience" Did u enjoy flying with me.. Ohh I mean did u enjoy Flying?"
She ignored and focused on landing checklist.
He asked again, First Officer I am asking u something? Do you dare to answer your Senior"
She replied " good" and again got back to her checklist. Personally she was feeling very satisfied as she could become a pilot and fulfill her parents dream.. and she also felt that how indifferent all these people are to a Women's dream.
They landed safely and nicely. Akash wanted to speak but she quickly moved out of the cockpit and went to board the taxi for the hotel.
Their next flight was tomorrow early morning at 4 am as Mafatlal (Owner of Inde Airlines) was flying back on the same plane. He had some important Political meeting in Delhi so he had changed the flying time to 4 am in the morning.
Akash was not happy with this time, as this would mean he cannot sleep properly and has to be at airport by 2 am.
All the crew checked in their respective rooms in the hotel to take rest. Nats had to fly back to Mumbai so she left for her next flight.
Ananya called her grandfather and shared her first flight experience. She then planned to take rest and slept off.
