Next morning, they both left early to visit some known places in Leh... She intentionally kept her hair open...
They started their journey from Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and then went to Leh Palace. Ananya was so happy and was taking lots of pictures. They even took so many Selfies together. Every time he held her hand or looked at her lovingly she was blushing.. Everyone looking at them and admired them as a perfect couple, made for each other.
Then they went to Prayer valley followed by few Monasteries. It was so wonderful to see these places
with someone who knows them earlier.
She asked him" Akash how many time have u been here..? How come you know all the routes so well" It looks like u have been here many times.
He just smiled and let it go!!! But he did felt what will happen when she will come to know that he has been hiding truth from her. She has become an important part of his life .. and he definitely liked her a lot.
Finally after seeing couple of places, Ananya was feeling very tired and wanted to sit somewhere for some time.
They took break near a caf and ordered sandwich and coffee.. It was getting dark ,breezy and cold.. their hotel was about 10 min walk away. So they decided to quickly walk down..
It had been a wonderful day for both of them so far ! They were totally enjoying in each other's company.
While walking and rambling on day's event, all of sudden it started raining very heavily. Ananya realized that she left her jacket in the caf by mistake. And now either they could go back to get the jacket or run to the hotel.
She was totally wet within a minute as it was very heavy downpour and her Kurti was sticking to her body. She was getting conscious and Akash saw this and quickly removed his jacket and said" Ananya, take this and wear it fast"
She said: No Akash, I cannot take this. Its ok we will be reaching hotel soon. You will too get wet and catch cold as well"
Ananya, it's an order. Come on wear it fast" she was feeling very cold and without thinking twice she wore it. They started to run to the hotel which was just 2-3 min away.
Ananya was following him and she suddenly tripped and fell down hitting her knee really bad. She got bruised but she did not wanted to add to more problems, so got up and started walking again.
Akash asked her" Are you ok?
She lied and replied faintly" I am fine" let's quickly get in the hotel'. She knew it was paining badly and she could feel blood oozing out.
Akash sensed that she is lying and something is wrong!
Somehow she reached the hotel room and Akash asked her to change quickly to some dry clothes. She went in the washroom and he changed in the room.
All of a sudden lights went out.. Akash called out her name " Ananya watch out.. It's completely dark here. Looks like their power backup is also not working" Just be careful.. I am lightning the candles..
She had immense pain in her knee and it was a very deep wound. She was bleeding as well...and due to rain her knee had swollen. She managed to open the door and called out his name very feebly...and passed out on the floor...
Akash screamed, " Ananya , and he ran and held her. "
He carried her to the bed and found her hands very cold and she was almost trembling.
He quickly picked up the blanket and was about to cover her up when he saw her blood stained pajama and got utterly shocked .
