yayyy...🥳

overconfidence is bad, that too when you are unexperienced and very new to the profession, i like how arzoo is straightforward, but she has to realize that its not as easy as she thinks it to be, infact she does need saiyyara a lot, and saiyyara can still progress without any of their employees.

Sahir Azeem Chaudhary, he never gets defeated, especially when he is being challenged, well he knows the basic criteria of his business, and he also knows that him being strict towards his employees is beneficial for both saiyyara and them.

Arzoo you do not know, but sahir still favours you a lot .. thank god sahir knows the truth now and acknowledged her design.

So Sahir won the challenge .. what next ? Will arzoo agree that she was wrong in projecting about her talent, or will she still remain the same. I seriously do not want to see Sahir giving her promotions just because he has a soft corner for her, and she keeps saying that she can win it all with her talent ...

Hmm right kuch cheezein arzoo ko samajhni zaruri hai...but don't worry sahir usey sikha dega..sahir ne arzoo ko isiliye promotion nahi diya kyunki vo use like karta hai ya uske dil mein arzoo ke liye soft corner hai ye promotion arzoo ko uske talent ki wajah se mila...

Uske design ki wajah se sahir ne khud arzoo ke design ki tareef ki...

Or sahir un logo mein se nahi jo sirf rishtey ya pyar ke basis pe promotion de...sahir talent dekhta hai...usne arzoo ko banaya bhi to junior designer ...senior bhi bana sakta tha...lekin junior banaya kyunki vo bhi jaanta hai ki arzoo ko abhi bohot kuch seekhne ki zarurat hai...jismein sahir or saiyara uski help karengey...

Nahi to jo letter arzoo ne sahir gabbar chaudhary ko likha tha uske baad koi or hota to kab ka nikaal deta arzoo ko lekin sahir ne aisa nahi kiya...kyunki sahir insaan ka talent dekhta hai...or vo itna to arzoo ko jaanta hai ki arzoo kitni badi pagalbaaz hai😆...isiliye uski is backaani baaton ko sahir ne seriously nahi liya...

Or vo jaanta hai ki arzoo mein josh hai junoon hai bas experience nahi hai...vo talented hai...lekin us talent ko abhi chamakne ki zarurat hai...jo vo dhere dhere kaam karke hi seekh paayegi...

Sahir arzoo ko help kar raha hai uska talent nikharne mein ...

Hey harshu ..very nice post ..

ARZOO is a still snobbish ..and I say tht cos she is self made ...well to be honest anyone on her place wud believe wht she does cos she hasn't seen the REAL WORLD yet ...

But tht is where sahir steps in ...and I am so glad he handless everything with so much lan 👏
