Alvira kuch nahi karti because Sahir is a smart guy he will figure it out if she does something out of his Ammi's character , She has already placed Arzoo in front of him it's enough for know interfering in his business is not a wise idea .And she can't pull a stunt like kurti appa or anam because it seems Sahir is able to tell but just not reacting for know
