Yes it is surbhi's house... it kinda looks like asha is staying with sj .. as sj was seen in two outfits in ystrda's party .. one is maroon and other is casual tshirt .. all the bg pics show its sj's house ...

yaa it is surbhi's house ,even in the IFinterview i saw it was surbhi's living area were rithvik cuts the cake , i have checked each and everythink even the curtains,i think these three are living together in same house
