It's important to understand the meaning here.
Lugaaibaazi means 'licentious behavior with women' i.e. behaving badly with women as Ali has been accused of. Which is why Ali seemed a little shame-faced when taking the oath.

It does not mean 'behaving like a woman'. So Pritam is not saying that men are better than women. He may think that, of course, but this time his words mean something different. In fact it is Ali that keeps saying that 'iske andar ek aurat chhipa hai' with regards to Pritam, to make him seem less masculine and therefor not attractive to women i.e. Karishma.

Its not about if Ali is the one or not...Its the choice of word.
