Hi Guys,

I've missed some episodes over the last few weeks so pardon my ignorance if this is a repetitive question.

I'd like to know where and who's children are all these?

Salim - we know

Haider - Adham and Javeeda's child

Murad - ? who's child is he? He calls Jalal Abbu - who is his mother?

In today's episode when Jalal announced Meena Bazaar with children - there were a few other children it seemed - any clues on how many and who's children they are?

Yeah, that's what i was wondering - he goes to Salima and Salima seems to be the one that takes care of him primarily. Was this explicitly said that Murad is Salima and Jalal's child?

Considering we've seen Jalal and Salima's relationship to be of mutual respect and understanding since Salima was Bairam Khan's (2nd?) wife and Rahim was the child of Bairam Khan and his previous wife - Jalal primarily married Salima to ensure her and Rahim's safety from Maham Anga and other conspirators against Bairam Khan ( technically Salima knew Maham Anga was dangerous but somehow Jalal never put 2 and 2 together but that's another discussion.

Going back to Salima and Jalal's relationship - he married her primarily for ensure her security - we never saw a romantic connection between them as Salima was deeply in love with Bairam Khan and Bairam Khan was like a father figure to Jalal so by that measure he would view Salima with a level of respect. Salima is also some sort of cousin to Jalal and Ruqaiya - which in their culture i know doesn't exclude them from engaging in romantic relationships - but still it's just hard to see Salima and Jalal being romantically involved - especially after Jodha's arrival and presence in Jalal's life and heart.

My alternative theory for Murad is that Murad is Zeenat's child - the same Zeenat that poisoned/murdered Jodha and Jalal's children Hassan and Husain. When Ruqaiya found out she wanted to poison Zeenat's child but Salima saved that baby and stopped Ruqaiya from commiting such a crime, which is when Ruqaiya poisoned Zeenat.

It would have been nice if CVs clarified all the children and their sudden appearance. 3 of them we expected - Salim, Haider (we knew Javeda was pregnant) and Bakshi Bano's child - the rest are a mystery.

Agree with everything you've said, but CVs, unfortunately, are a different breed of people

Salima is def shown as Murad's mother. I just hope they don't show any kind of relationship between Salima n Jalal. That will just be too much to handle

Kutub is shown as Shamshad Bano's son. She was the woman who Chishti Baba deputed to take care of Jodha when she was in Sikri. Daniyal was sitting with Rukhsaar yesterday. That seems to be a mystery.
