He is someone who works on the set of PTKK who was also at the SBB party where this was taken.

The girl is a fan from Iran.

Thanks! I wondered if this was the "Zorawar" that people talk of? Lol. Dont know who he is, but I think some think he is SJ's BF? :)

He's not Zora. Someone posted elsewhere that he's a friend that was also at the party. He works on the set of PTKK, where Surbhi also works hosting the show.
