Sidharth Shukla met with a car accident at Juhu circle a couple of days ago, and has sustained some serious back injuries.

The actor has been advised bed rest for a minimum two weeks, which means TV's popular Shiv will be missing from Balika Vadhu for a few days. We wonder what twist the writers will come up with till he resumes work.

Says a source, "It's never easy in daily soaps when lead actors are not able to shoot, but we have to somehow manage with some changes in the track." Meanwhile, Sidharth was unavailabe for comment.

Get well soon. Due to impact this bound to happen never mind it will help to get some rest physically and mentally come back with freshly

Surely Shiv will be miss in BV hope writer's will be plan some super come back track for him

OMG severe back injury 😭 and he said he's absolutely fine Uff this guy...hope he takes complete rest now & recovers soon!!! Guess it's time for me to take a break from BV too till Sid returns 😛 hope shiv returns with a bang!

Sid, Take rest till doctors have advised . My best wishes for your speedy recovery.

We are certainly going to miss Shiv's presence in the show but we will not mind.as health always comes first so take proper care of yourself.

I am sure writers will manage reasonably well as they had done many times in past . In current track focus can be on Anandi, Anoop and DB , Cvs can show Shiv out of town, lending his support to Anandi on phone.
