Am replying as a whole.
In that BTS, KVB especially voiced his opinion that Sunheri should act somewhat like Sanam as Razia brought her in and Razia would have given her some tips and pointers. And that's what some are forgetting. It's not like she's a completely different person...she is giving out some Sanam feels too along with her not-so Sanam feels.
I liked the Rehan-Sunheri/Sanam scene for the reasons that it is treating Rehan-Sanam as friends which I've always loved, and also the fact that Sehan wasn't overdone here. It was Sunheri hearing some much needed truths and reality checks. Good.
It's interesting they didn't have Rehan feel anything for Sunheri/Sanam. I don't know if he will start, but the whole situation would take it to another uncomfortable level if he were to *feel* for Sunheri while he thinks it's Sanam and is confused with himself. And what exactly does Sunheri expect, for him to feel--and then what? Would she continue her con as Sanam? Both Rehan and Aahi would be screwed up and confused and bearing the emotional impact. One for being attracted and feeling for his brother's wife (this situation is bad itself, now add in that he had liked Sanam earlier before the marriage and when the marriage was a "contract marriage"), and then the other who's being toyed and strung around with his emotions...
Tanveer scenes with Aahil and Rehan as you said has a strange intriguing factor to it. It has a melancholic, bleak, dark irony to it. And it is strangely captivating, and yeah ditto to the bgm. You don't see it that much with Aahil anymore now. And just to correct myself, which probably was figured out, I said Friday of last week, but I think the one I'm talking about was Thursday of last week--where he takes care of her and she thinks he's Aahil.
