PART 5 : Raman sees Vyann and now has a plan !!

Raman is sitting in his car, sulking. He drove all the way to the clinic, knowing that Ishita wouldn't be there today. He decided that he had to check up who "Vyann" was and if he was as hot as Mihika said.

Raman, still sitting in his car, to himself : "what are you doing Raman... teri apni biwi ke piche jaga jasoos ban raha hai tu... Magar aur kia karoo? Jab bhi dekho to vyann-vyann karti rehti hai woh pagal madrasan! Mera dimaag kha ja raha hai!"

He gets out of the car and enters the clinic; not proud of himself but too jealous to be more reasonable. He looks around, he is not seeing any male employee. He asks one of the nurses if she can indicate him where is Vyann.

Nurse : "Vyann? Well sir, he is over there. See, near the water fountain."

Raman looks over and see a man talking with another nurse, his back turned at Raman.

Raman : "Thank you miss."

Nurse : "you're welcome sir." She leaves.

Raman scratches his temple, still ashamed of being jaga jasoosing... He walks slowly towards the man and tries to look at his face without being obnoxious. When he arrives near the guy, Raman feels suddenly relieved. In front of him is standing a tiny man -both small and slim-, with crocked teeth and eyeglasses. His hair style is tacky and his complexion is quite dark. Raman chuckles at this.

Raman to himself : "This is Hot Vyann? Well Puttar, I don't know what you got all worried up for! Those madrasans really have bad taste in men ! That's why Ishita doesn't recognize how hot I am. It's because she doesn't know to differentiate a hot property (he points at himself) from a hot mess (he looks over at the guy). Chal puttar, time to go back at the office, there is nothing more to see here."

He is about to go when he sees a young and tall man coming towards him.

The young man : "Sir, Hi."

Raman : "Hi... Excuse me, who are you?"

The young man : "Sir, I am Vyann, Miss Nandini, the nurse, told me you were looking for me."

Raman's mouth falls open. He realizes his mistake. "When the wise man points at the moon, the stupid looks at his finger". That's what just happened with him, while the nurse was indicating Vyann, he looked at the wrong person... The previous man must have been a patient and he mistook him for vyann. Now that he sees Vyann, he does understand why all the Iyers sisters were gushing over him.

Vyann smiling gently: "... Sir... Is everything alright? What can I help you with?"

Raman gets angry now : "Help? Do I look like I need your help? Bachcha tu ek kam kar, tu kissi ki madat karne ki nahi soch to accha hoga, samja?" Raman leaves, sulking.

Vyann looks around, dumbfounded, he doesn't understand what just happened.

Raman reaches at his office. He is pacing nervously in his office.

Raman : "To yeh ta woh Vyann... Kya cheez hai na... Ab pata laga kyun Ishita haske haske jaati hai clinic pe. Udaar to uska Hot Vyann intezar karta hai uska..."

Mihir enters the office : "Bhai aap agaye? Aap todhi late se aye aaj... Aaj bohot kaam hai to please, let's get to work immediately. I've brought some files we need to get through..."

Raman angry : "Hey!"

Mihir : "haa bhai?"

Raman : "I'm the boss of this office, I can come in at 10pm if I want to, alright? You have nothing to say about that, samja?"

Mihir : "Okay sorry bhai. It's just that we have so much work to do today... Chalo, I'm sorry alright? Let's just get back to work."

Raman : "agar itna kaam hai to secretary rakh le phir! Tera saath dene ke liye!"

Mihir : "Bhai... suba suba kya bol rahe ho aap? I don't need any secretary."

They get to work. During lunch time, Raman's thoughts come back on Vyann.

Raman : "Vyann... What a weird name too ! I don't understand why the pagal madrasans are dying over him. Is that because of his shiny hair? I can have shiny hair too!... Wait Raman, why are you thinking so much about him? Why does it matter if JKR finds him attractive? It's not like you like her anyways..." He tries to finish his lunch but he is still overthinking the whole matter.

Raman : "Of course you don't like her! You're not jealous about it... it's just that it's not nice of her to gush over HIM when she is married to the Hottest Pati in town. She is messing with my self esteem! Exactly! That's why I don't like it, it's because she is hurting my ego! Not because I like her... Chee!"

He manages to convince himself that he is not jealous but that his ego is hurt, like the time she said he was short.

An hour later he is still thinking about it :

Raman : "You are absolutely right puttar, your wife shouldn't ogle at someone else. This is not done!... Something needs to be done. But you can't talk to her puttar, katne ko dohrthi rehti hai wo! Suppose you were working with a hot secretary, she wouldn't like that either! She would understand my point of view then !

Suddenly, he had an idea : "... wait what if I did get some hot young secretary !? That... that would help me prove my point!"

At this moment Mihir's enters the office: "Bhai, are you done with lunch? Should we get back to work?"

Raman, pensively : "Mihir... about the secretary..."

Mihir interrupts him : "Oh Bhai... How many times will i have to apologize again?! I said I'm sorry already! I was in a rush this morning, I didn't think before speaking. I don't need a secretary!"

Raman, trying to calm him down : "Yeah I know... But I was thinking... that maybe I do need one."

Mihir : "What? But you're the one who was against hiring a secretary since we built this enterprise...You said they annoy you"

Raman, trying to manipulate him : "Arre... I know what I said... I mean, I'm always late and because of that YOU get late in your work. I feel bad about it you know. So I thought that maybe if I got a secretary to help me, everything will be better... For the enterprise you know?"

Mihir not convinced : "I don't know bhai... I know how angry you get, poor girl won't last 2 days."

Raman smiling : "Two days is more than enough ! Don't worry!"

MIhir : "But bhai..."

Raman impatient now : "Arre chup kar ! kya bhai-bhai rakha hai tumne. Call an agency and tell them i need a secretary for a week. Tell them to send me some cv's and I'll pick her myself."

Mihir : "Alright bhai..."

Raman : "oh btw Mihir... tell them I want photos on the cv's and they must be under 40."

Mihir : "Photos bhai? Why do you need to see them ..."

Raman gets up of his chair and walks aggressively towards mihir to scare him and make him leave : "you should really learn to ask less questions! GO NOW!"

Raman sits at his office, now confident about his plan. If Ishita can get a cute assistant, then he can get a sexy secretary too ! Let's see how will his Jansi ki Rani react to that ! Raman is in a good mood now.
