Raman isn't blind. He is cautious. Ever heard once bitten, twice shy? Plus love isn't something that can be forced it comes naturally. If Ishita is so in love with him than why isn't she able to understand him? She still misjudges him. Especially after yesterday's scene. He basically spelt it out for her and yet she remains oblivious.
