Sarika - a golddigger

Sarika is alone & pregnant because of her own stupidity. She was warned about Romi's nature before she can get involved with him. After the temple wedding she could have waited for acceptance from the Bhalla family before she could consummate her marriage. Raman didn't force her to go for an abortion. He did tell her its her choice& if she decides to keep the child he promised to support her & the baby financially. Now what will sarika gain by taking this matter to court? Is she expecting the court to order Romi to marry her. The only gain Sarika will get out of court is financial & Bhalla family humiliation. Financial support Raman was prepared to give & Bhalla family humiliation is uncalled for as they warned her abt this. She didn't heed the warning so why shud the Bhallas pay for her mistake.
