Thank you Mudra for nudging my thoughts in this direction.
The more I see this Sharada (MIL) the more she has begun to grate on my nerves. I mean OK she doesn't like the apartment, wants to live in luxury.. but bitching about her DIL to the DIL's sister's husband made me want to... Next would be discussing about Shobha coming home late and who is dropping her?
And last night Shobha also seemed a little off the tangent to me. Please don't misunderstand. Sonali acted superb. No two ways. I just have issue with the character that was portrayed last night. I am not saying she should always be low and crying all the time but her reactions were a little off last night. Maybe she was trying to cover the tears with her laughter.. don't know. But yes, the Vikram's door scene was on the side of OTT. After the "Tum" "Aap" scene I expected him to snap something at her and I expected her give a one line parting shot and leave. Or even without a parting shot. Not stumble around terrible and terrific. He doesn't beat around the bush while he talks, does he? So why does he expect her to? Did he want her to face up and say yes, you are khadoos to his face? Maybe he wanted that? For someone to give him as good as they got? Was that the reason he pushed her the next day too? To get a reaction out of her?
Another thing... job description...Sho did her B.Com, applied for accountant post, became a secretary and now is going to be designing ads. Reminds me of a telugu movie Mr Pellam. B.Com grad made a Marketing Head because she can think well on her feet. The ideas there were good though. So yet to see what Shobha can come up with.
