why isnt Prachi getting married to Neev?

because niharika taunts her that she is bad luck for neev and on the other hand ayesha wants to snatch neev from her because she wants prachi's tears...so prachi wants both neev and ayesha happiness so she sacrifice her love neev to ayesha so she never get married to neev but neev married ayesha

and the first time when neev-prachi about to get married weeding stopped because inder died
