Ok this post is completely my own opinion and based on what we are taught in human psychology courses. The need for the reader is to have a clear mind and understand how human psychology works and not jump the gun just cuz they find this against their opinion.

So Ali Quli entered the house and went on to become friends with P3G group (especially Puneet) as seen in yesterday's episode. There was a scene where Ali and Puneet were in the garden and having a conversation and during that Puneet and Ali discussed that Ali is here to break the bigger group in the house (Karishma, Arya, Diandra, Minisha, Upen, Soni, Sushant, Nats) cuz he doesn't like groupings in the house. Puneet said "bilkul sahi keh rahe hain aap" but maybe forgot that he himself is a part of a group in the house (Puneet, Praneet, Pritam, Gautam and maybe Sonali). Throughout the episode, it was quite evident that Ali Quli was influenced by the latter group quite a lot and was asking for their advice and favoring them in every possible way. He gave Sushant punishment yesterday for not paying him respect and from the precap we saw that Ali has given "DAND" to Soni and Minisha and then to Karishma as well. So basically he is targeting the larger group just like he said. Now his intentions maybe honest in punishing or maybe he is targetting them specifically but here is where he has gone a little wrong and this is where human psychology will play effect.

With the immense targeting of the bigger group, all Ali is doing is making himself an enemy in their eyes and strengthening the bond between the members of that group against a common cause. Now how this will go all wrong? During the nominations. The group which has more numbers will not vote for their friends, rather they'll nominate the people from smaller group and more or less their votes will be against common 2 or 3 people from the other group thus nominating the people from smaller group and the smaller grou votes will have no effect so no matter how much the bigger group is criticized outside the house, people will have to vote to save one of the persons from the supposedly more liked group. And this will continue till the smaller group keeps on shrinking and shrinking and then there will be no other option but to nominate some1 from their own group but at that point the more liked group would've lost liked people (Pritam, Praneet even maybe Gautam).

So Ali Quli, if indeed is trying to break the big group, needs to do it sensibly instead of constant attacks on that group cuz all it'll do is bring them closer and closer and make it difficult for rest of the people in house to survive. This is just my humble opinion being a viewer and student of psychology.
