This is simply my observation of what I have seen on Big Boss 8. As outsiders, we are neutral - we don't have family or friends in the big boss house, well probably some of you do, but chances are slim.
Diandra - She is very manipulative person. She uses softer tone almost innocent like to voice her "OWN" concerns in a way that it makes others believe it's their concerns too lol.
Soni - Soni is very sensitive person. She likes to be that cute si girl in the house that is hard working and sacrificing her own needs for her friends. She sometimes ONLY starts a fight because she likes attention she gets from her close friends.
Karishma - You get what you see! She is very confident and high maintenance. Everyone needs to cater to her needs and GOD help those who don't support her lol. She WANTS instant gratification!
Sonali - She appears person with very low esteem. She is over cautious and sensitive. She is not a team player, by that I mean she expects to be fed when she wont even help cooking.
Manisha - Very smart lady! she knows when to speak, who to talk to and who to keep in your alliance.
Natasha - A misfit in this show. She really is trying to find her own identity in this show. She seems to be scared to form alliance with Praneet - because she probably is cared of Diandra and Karishma.
Praneet - A well composed man. He appears to be a genuine sweet guy. He is not someone who would blind side you, at least haven't seen that side of his.
Puneet - This guy is the MOST manipulative man. He wants to be a hero and yet wants to maintain Villan status. He is playing game very smartly - he is using each and everyone in the house. He is not emotional - he is playing with other's emotions. Wake up Big Boss Members!
Pritam - Very well balanced guy. He speaks his mind and follows through with it.
Arya - Though Salman said he acts like an old man, on the contrary I think he acts very immatured. He doesn't have his own personality, he gets easily influenced by Diandra and group.
Upen - He is very straight forward yet he comes out as a very proper guy. He avoids confrontation and is always trying to make others understand the value of friendship. He needs to wake up and smell the coffee. Diandra and gang aren't his friends.
Gautam - He is an entertainer! A wanna be of Salman Khan. He is totally show casing his acting skills on NATIONAL TV lol. Good for him!!
Sushant - Emotional guy - very sweet but also can be overly sensitive. He is playing smart, he has not formed any enemies in the house other then Gautam. Again a smart move on Sushant's part.
