OK...here is a question...

What makes people fall in love?

Is it the similarity or compatibility between two people?

Is it the same way of thinking the same personality traits?

Is it the a physical touch? Closeness...accidental or not?

Is it your state of mind? When you are ready...you just fall in love?

Or is it

Something else ...altogether?

Something that makes no logical sense...

Something you can't explain...

A moment...when that connection happens...between you and a certain someone...

A moment...that sneaks up on you...when you are least expecting it?

Whatever may be the right explanation...and whatever you may want to call it...may be not really love...may be nothing that can be given a name or be put in words...But a moment did sneak up on Sahir...right after he asked her to shut up...and she complied...but she truly was scared in that swimming pool...she truly was freaking out...and all the screaming and all aside...all the equation between a boss and an employee...a girl he didn't want in the house and the reasons...the second he realized that...that was a real moment...there was no pretense...no calculation...no plan...there she was...plopped into that pool next to him...struggling awkwardly to keep balance...really scared that she may drown...

A girl who is as innocent as a breath of fresh air...who just thanked his kindness for letting her stay...who was the one...who came in the other day...who was trying to make it right between them...really trying...And that brought a smile to his lips...unexpectedly...like the smile you get on your face watching a baby do something...totally natural to the baby ...but totally unexpected to you...And that alone made today's episode special...

And the awkwardness the next day...the synchronized sneezes...to remind them of the moment...her moment being the one...when she fell in...how embarrassing...she will have to explain to him...😊

So she tries...makes a start...You know...I am really scared of water...and then sees the burnt toast...which was even more burnt today than ever...😆
And tries to snatch it...apologizing again...but when she realizes that he actually wanted the burnt toast...she can't believe it...There is a lot about this guy she doesn't know and doesn't understand yet...she makes no assumptions anymore...she is simply puzzled...

There is no doubt in my mind...that Zaki already has a soft corner for Aarzoo...but that's not all ...he also respects her the way he has never respected any one...His dialogues to Sahir were very telling...he is a believer...he believes in LOVE...he believes...that there is certain someone who can make you forget the desire to keep looking any more...He is mooney eyed...

Unlike Sahir...who is afraid to love...a non-believer...a jaded soul...what has happened to make him this way is still a mystery...but what he gave out was that whatever it was...he still feels so strongly about it that it brings tears to his eyes...He calls love something that is totally FALSE...false? So that's how his innocence was lost? Was his own heart broken or did he see someone's heart being broken who was very dear to him?

Both brothers...try to advise the other...one to let it go and enjoy...be free to experience what is so beautiful...and the other to warn the mooney eyed one...to be careful...not believe it is true...or he will be hurt...

So there is the prophecy...the upcoming story...Zaki will find the girl who will make him forget his philanderer ways...and he will truly fall in love...and then Sahirs warning will come true...Sahir on the other hand...will resist...resist...and live in denial...and one day Zakis words will come true when he will indeed experience the beauty of it...

LOved the scene between the brothers...Zakis eagerness...his narration of what may have happened...Sahir restraint...catching himself...when he is holding the anklet...looking away...when Zaki jumps at the opportunity of giving it to Aarzoo...

One thing is for sure...no one tells a romantic story like Gul does...

OK...finally about Kurti aapa...

There is something odd about her equation with Alvira...Kurti aapa is a hired help...a servant...how can she question Alviras decisions...so blatantly and openly? What has she got against Alvira...that makes Alvira tolerate this?

Kurti looks through Alviras plan in bringing Aarzoo...the insinuation is that Alvira is doing this taking advantage of Sahir? What can Alvira do to take advantage of Sahir...when he already does everything she wants? I think the only wild card is Anam...whatever Alvira is doing has to do with the company ...and the power...but why is she so threatened by Anam...and not confident about Sahir's own intentions to not go against her...that she feels she needs something else?

There could be only one reason...Sahirs trust in Alvira and his respect...for her...is something Alvira thinks can not be counted on...because...Alvira has done something that Sahir is not aware of ...which when comes out...will make Sahir lose his trust in her...looks like Kurti aapa knows what it is...

The real wild card is Aarzoo...who is anything but a push over...

I enjoyed the episode ...Arzoos innocence is refreshing ...the toast scene Arzoo rocked with her expressions . Zaki brings in the right amount of lightness needed ...Kurti aapa will definitely be a positive character ...Will see the true Alvira maybe next week ...she sure has an agenda . Totally loved the scene between the brother's ...Well jealousy will creep in ...Zaki and Arzoo will be the best of friends 😃 Love the BG score .😃

already read some posts saying falling in love already, your post explains everything. when the TIME is right you realize it or not , want to or not i guess, subconsciouly you do fall in love and your actions are reflections as well

Hmm... can I say I really loved today's epi? The interaction in the pool... so natural and yet different from all the other shows... It was hip deep water. No way she could drown and he let her know that. Such a refreshingly different treatment!

I am finding their interactions so natural with hardly any OTT. Breakfast - was he annoyed with Zaki for bothering her? Or generally getting annoyed with Zaki for acting silly?

Zaki and Sahir - they share a good equation. Contrasting viewpoints and gentle admonitions. Liked that a lot. When Zaki says a romantic guy should have rescued her instead of the angry young man 😆there was no dramatic rescuse was there? And no need of one either 😊

The convo between that kurti appa and Alvira - had hidden meanings... wonder if that will go anywhere.

I am so enjoying the pace of the show... lulling you in with epis like this one. The last show I watched - I loved the leads but the pace was crazy... they were rushing from scene to scene as if there is no tomorrow. The moon scene (at the fashion show), dargah, pool (not when he is asking her to shut up or her screaming but in the before and after and the pauses during) - there is a timelessness about these. A dreamy quality...

Hi vjak! Yes...I totally agree about the dreamy quality...and the pace that makes it work...

I found it refreshingly surprising that the leads were not already in each other's arms accidentally of course...yet...it was romantic in its own way...

What i loved about the pool scene was there was no hero carrying heroine in his arms out of the pool ... what he did was enabled her to help herself ... and that is how i feel relationships should be ... it was very refreshing.

Zaki will he actually fall for arzoo or they are deliberately trying to confuse us as well as Sahir? I feel its the later!

Kurti and alvira convo ... if there was any doubt it is now confirmed there is more to her than what meets the eye ... specially that "asli nakli" dialogue ... there is something nakli about alvira ... something no one knows except kurti apa ... and just like alvira, even kurti apa does not seem bothered about Sahir being aloof from the world ... strange!!! Have they just accepted it? Its' weird for moms to do that!

The bg music plays into the dreaminess too... it is so soothing and gentle.

Maybe because you participate in reading groups or the other way around 😛... but you have a way with words... love the way you write and bring out the highlights...

Loved your review! Very intriguing to read! For me once again the dargah scene was left incomplete just like the pool scene. It initiated very alluringly, I was expecting so much more from it, I desperately wanted Saher to witness Arzoo but that never happened. Hopefully no incomplete scenes.

The story is gradually, taking its own sweet time, progressing however Saher and Arzoo are going pretty rapidly considering they get like three centered scenes in a week. Unexpectedly he smiled today when Arzoo was screaming for him to save her cause she did not want to drown. Overall story needs to pick the pace and the Saher and Arzoo scenes need to increase and not left incomplete. I was pleasantly surprised when he actually smiled, wasnt expecting it honestly. I was watching it as he would just stare and think but the smile was definitely a cherry on top. At least, he saw her this time, and she didnt just run away😆

Zaki isnt as stupid and immature as he makes himself out to be, hes more of a YOLO kind of a guy, hes living his life the way he wants to and when hes ready he will continue on to how his mother and brother want him to proceed on with life. In yesterdays episode when he stood up for Arzoo, in a very wise manner, it definitely foreshadowing when trouble arises and Saher isnt present Zaki will be the one to help Arzoo. But it could create the opposite affect, in it could create problems between Arzoo and Saher.

I mean there is absolutely nothing between Arzoo and Saher yet Saher was dearly affected by the colliding of Arzoo and Zaki, which was pretty cute to witness.

Zaki can also be the future cupid for Saher and Arzoo, knocking sense towards the both of them.

Where she grabbed his burnt slice it was totally cute, Arzoo is cute but irritating at times. I love the confident persona in her and i wish that side is shown more than the clumsy, crazy Arzoo.

Lastly, I am totally in awe of the girl who plays Arzoo, she looked gorgeous during the pool scene and is acting brilliantly!

Future Questions to be answered: Why is Saher a anti-Love believer? Did he have a heart break? we still are awaiting to find out about his father as well? I also want to know the exact reason of his eating burnt toast? Exactly how does it help him?😆
