Ranveer Singh was supposedly lodged at a city hotel for a week prepping for Bajirao Mastani
TRUST the Ram Leela actor to do the unconventional. If the latest buzz is to be believed, Ranveer Singh recently checked into a suburban five- star hotel in the city to prepare himself for his character in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's period romance, Bajirao Mastani. A source says, "Ranveer was staying in a hotel as he wanted to be alone and concentrate on his role for his next film based on the love story between Peshwa Baji Rao I and his second wife, Mastani."
A source close to the actor says, "Ranveer has always been appreciated by all the filmmakers he has worked with for his sincerity and hard work. He decided to shift to a hotel because he wanted to be completely prepared for his role which is very tough and challenging. He stayed there for four to five days and is back home now."
A hotel official also confirmed the news, stating, "Ranveer had requested us not to reveal any information about his stay. He would mostly be inside his room. Only a few close friends and people associated with the film used to visit him."
Ranveer's spokesperson remained unavailable for comment.
